amazing hotel experience!

I really loved the beautiful and clean bedrooms! the rooftop pool is just to die for. the staff was friendly and professional. They helped us communicate with our driver when we almost missed our flight because of language barriers.
I really hated how small the rooms were in real life! they were too small for two full-grown people. the breakfast wasn't amazing. I just ate because i was hungry.

the rooftop has an infinity pool, where guests can enjoy fine city views and soak up the sun! the common areas, including the restaurant, bar, and rooftop pool area, present a beautiful and modern style.

The hotel is very close to bts on nut! a huge lotus shopping center sits nearby for convenient shopping and dining. the location is right next to the green line. This makes getting around the city easy.

murky watercrowded pool area
I was excited about the rooftop pool. It looked great online. when i got there, the water looked murky. the pool area was small AND very crowded. I struggled to find a place to sit. it seemed ALL a bit run-down. the rooftop bar music was VERY loud.

The hotel offered a good breakfast with a wide selection of items. It was pretty acceptable.
I found the room layout quite strange. The sink was in the middle of the room. this design felt impractical and lacked privacy. the toilet was in a very small cubicle with a glass door. I felt exposed when using it.

the staff helped me with my bags from the minute i walked in, so i didn't have to carry heavy luggage around. the food available at the hotel was good, especially for western dishes. i found the rooftop pool to be luxurious, and it offered fantastic views from the room, even better from the rooftop bar area at night.
i found the air conditioning unit in my room to be a bit noisy, slightly disruptive.
