amazing hotel experience!
clean bedrooms rooftop pool
I really loved the beautiful and clean bedrooms! the rooftop pool is just to die for. the staff was friendly and professional. They helped us communicate with our driver when we almost missed our flight because of language barriers.
I really hated how small the rooms were in real life! they were too small for two full-grown people. the breakfast wasn't amazing. I just ate because i was hungry.

murky water crowded pool area
I was excited about the rooftop pool. It looked great online. when i got there, the water looked murky. the pool area was small AND very crowded. I struggled to find a place to sit. it seemed ALL a bit run-down. the rooftop bar music was VERY loud.

The hotel breakfast included a wide variety of choices. The rooftop pool provided a nice space for relaxation.
The room seemed small and lacked functionality. Cleanliness was an issue, because I saw fingerprints on the table and doors.

strange layout glass door
The hotel offered a good breakfast with a wide selection of items. It was pretty acceptable.
I found the room layout quite strange. The sink was in the middle of the room. this design felt impractical and lacked privacy. the toilet was in a very small cubicle with a glass door. I felt exposed when using it.

helpful staff good food luxury pool
the staff helped me with my bags from the minute i walked in, so i didn't have to carry heavy luggage around. the food available at the hotel was good, especially for western dishes. i found the rooftop pool to be luxurious, and it offered fantastic views from the room, even better from the rooftop bar area at night.
i found the air conditioning unit in my room to be a bit noisy, slightly disruptive.

The hotel is near the bts station. This allows for convenient access to other parts of the city. nearby, i found a supermarket open until midnight. It made late-night shopping easy. several massage shops are close by.

The staff helped with bags upon arrival. They ensured a smooth check-in process. my request for a room on a higher floor was granted. It gave an amazing view. i found the room service to be prompt and efficient. They delivered meals quickly.

the staff were helpful and polite. i liked the stylish interior. also the bts station was close. the breakfast was good, with various options.
The room was not soundproofed. I could hear noise from the adjacent room. the phone in my room was also out of order.
